How long does setup take?

Typical setup takes 2-5 business days. Our team handles everything - menu configuration, user accounts, inventory setup, and integrations. We provide hands-on training for your staff.

What kind of support do you provide?

We provide technical support via phone, Viber, and a built-in ticketing system. Average first response time: 15 minutes. Our team works extended hours and is available in Macedonian and English.

Does it integrate with other systems?

Yes. Bee Bistro integrates with Wolt, fiscal printers (6 models), and can connect with accounting software. We also offer custom integrations based on your needs.

Do you provide staff training?

Is my data secure?
